Sibusiso Dlamini

Sibusiso Dlamini joined the PBCS Group in August 2024 as a Network Engineer at the East London Office. A proud Soweto native, Sibusiso has brought with him an energetic spirit, a sharp technical mind, and a collaborative approach that strengthens the team dynamic. His deep-rooted passion for technology, combined with his infectious enthusiasm, makes him a valuable member of the organization.

Sibusiso’s interest in IT was sparked during his time at Reasoma Secondary School, where he laid the foundation for what would become a focused and determined journey into the world of networking and system development.

At PBCS, Sibusiso plays a key role in supporting and optimizing network infrastructure for clients, particularly across APN and Fiber deployments. His primary responsibilities include:​

• Network Deployment & Monitoring:
  Installs and upgrades hardware in client environments, ensures smooth firmware updates, and integrates systems into key monitoring platforms such as Zabbix, NMS, and Ruckus Controller to ensure network stability.

• Network Optimization & Security:
  Designs secure network architectures, conducts IP addressing audits, documents infrastructure for long-term scalability, and ensures the implementation of resilient, future-proof configurations.

 

Sibusiso is known for his vibrant personality, adaptability under pressure, and a positive, can-do attitude that uplifts his colleagues. Whether he's tackling a complex technical issue or keeping spirits high during challenging days, he brings unmatched energy and reliability to every task.

Outside of work, Sibusiso is passionate about fast cars, flavorful cuisine, and winding down with a great slice of pizza and a glass of beer. He’s a true team player who reminds us all to enjoy the journey as much as the destination.
