Maria-Luisa Langer joined PBCS Group in August 2022, bringing over a decade of international experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and agile delivery methodologies. Operating remotely from Vienna, Austria, and London, United Kingdom, she collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams and diverse clients across Europe and South Africa. Maria-Luisa is recognized for her precision, consistency, and ability to drive complex projects to successful completion in dynamic and regulated environments.

• Early Career at PwC Luxembourg:
  Maria-Luisa began her professional career at PwC in Luxembourg, where she was instrumental in assisting European firms with strategic market expansion plans into Asia. Her role involved conducting market research, developing entry strategies, and liaising with multinational stakeholders to align business objectives with regional regulations and cultural considerations.

• Postgraduate Studies & Advanced Project Roles:
  After completing her postgraduate studies at the University of St Andrews, Maria-Luisa joined FNZ in London. Here, she led several high-profile initiatives, including large-scale platform migration projects critical to the company’s digital transformation. She also managed the rollout of AI-driven systems designed to optimize investment advisory services and ensured regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, balancing technical innovation with strict governance.​​​​​

Since joining PBCS, Maria-Luisa has taken a central role in multiple strategic and operational projects, which include:

• Designing and launching a company-wide sales training program that has significantly improved team performance and client engagement.

• Overseeing the design and deployment of new server infrastructure aimed at supporting the company’s rapid business expansion.

• Leading the evaluation, selection, and rollout of modern project management platforms to enhance team collaboration and productivity.

• Managing agile delivery teams focused on ongoing software enhancements, critical bug fixes, and tailored client updates to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality project outcomes.

• Proficient with industry-standard tools such as Matrix42 ITSM, Microsoft Planner, Asana, Jira, and Power BI

• Certified in Google Project Management, with strong competencies in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Fluent in English and German, with working proficiency in French, facilitating effective communication in multinational environments.
