Luka Sekulic

Luka Sekulic joined PBCS Group in 2019 as a Technical Consultant specializing in IT Service Management (ITSM). Based in Ljubljana, Slovenia, Luka brings extensive expertise in IT consulting, service management platforms, and application development.

 

Luka began his career in 2017 as a Delphi Developer focusing on R&D for e-commerce applications. Soon after, he transitioned into IT consulting, becoming a Junior Technical Consultant specializing in BMC Remedy and ServiceNow. Since joining PBCS Group, Luka advanced to Senior Technical Consultant, dedicating his focus primarily to Matrix42 solutions.

He is proficient in ITSM domains such as Incident, Change, and Task Management, complex system integrations, custom application development, and process consulting. Luka mentors junior consultants, delivers effort estimations, and crafts tailored solutions for clients in telecommunications, IT services, and insurance sectors.

• Specialized expertise in Matrix42 for master data management, AD/AAD imports, configuration, dashboard design, and workflow development

 

Though naturally timid, Luka is known for his out-of-the-box thinking and innovative problem-solving. He consistently goes above and beyond to help teammates find the right solutions and ensure client satisfaction. Luka’s passion for service is unmatched, he won’t stop until the client’s needs are fully met. 

 

In a memorable moment at the 2024 PBCS Christmas go-kart race, Luka embarrassed the entire team by locking down one fastest lap after another - remarkably doing so without even holding a driving license!
Outside of work, Luka enjoys watching NBA games and playing various musical instruments.
