Inga O. Mbobo joined the PBCS Group in August 2024 as a Network Engineer at the East London Office. From the very first moment, she proved to be a committed and reliable member of the newly established team. Inga brings a unique balance of technical expertise and a compassionate, client-focused approach to her work.

Inga began her educational journey in Matatiele and completed her senior schooling and FET at John Orr Technical High School in Auckland Park, Johannesburg.

At PBCS, Inga plays a critical role in ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performing network infrastructure for clients across various sectors. Her key responsibilities include:

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
  Provides second-line support for CISCO, H3C, and Ruckus devices, performs onsite switch configuration, remote troubleshooting via SSH/Telnet, and coordinates with NOC teams and vendors to resolve issues.

• Network Deployment & Monitoring:
  Installs and configures devices on APN and Fiber networks, performs firmware updates, integrates equipment into monitoring tools, and utilizes platforms like NMS, Zabbix, and Ruckus Controller to ensure optimal network performance.

• Network Optimization & Security:
  Designs secure and resilient network environments, audits and improves system architecture, schedules upgrades, and implements strategies focused on IT security and infrastructure enhancement.

Inga is known for her methodical approach and excellent time management. Calm under pressure and deeply committed to her role, she is a reliable pillar within the operations team. Her supportive and caring nature makes her an asset to both clients and colleagues alike.
